Process & CaseLock

Every campaign runs against targets you set.

Nothing is delivered that you did not ask for. Here is how a claimant moves from a campaign response to a documented file on your intake desk.

Our process

01
1

Setup and targeting

You define the case profile: practice area, jurisdiction, volume, budget. Our creative team builds campaign assets for the platforms you want, and we set spend together before anything runs.

2

Screening and delivery

Our operators interview each claimant, confirm identity and location, document the claim, and test it against your criteria. Claims that do not hold up do not move forward.

3

Review and optimization

You receive complete, documented prospects. We track what converts, take your feedback on case quality, and adjust targeting and creative accordingly.

Every campaign runs against targets you set. Nothing is delivered that you did not ask for.

The CaseLock standard

02

Four checkpoints stand between a campaign response and your intake team. A claimant clears all four or does not reach you.

Direct opt-in

Every claimant actively engages with our campaigns. No purchased lists, no scraped data. Our TCPA compliance process documents consent at the point of contact, limiting your firm's exposure.

Verification

Multi-point identity confirmation, document review, and eligibility screening. Inconsistencies are flagged before delivery, so you pay only for claimants with documented injuries and viable claims.

Authentication

Trained specialists review submitted documents against the claimant's stated history, supported by automated flagging we update as new forgery patterns surface.

Engagement

Claimants are re-contacted after signature to confirm commitment. We track document opens, review activity, and scheduled calls so your intake team knows when to reach.

Screening criteria

03

What our operators and systems test for on every claimant, before a file is released to your firm.

Intent scoring

Engagement behavior is scored against patterns that historically precede a signed retainer, so low-intent responders are deprioritized rather than forwarded.

Behavioral flags

Interview responses are tested for the markers of coached or fabricated claims: rehearsed phrasing, inconsistent chronology, detail that shifts on re-ask.

Geographic pre-screening

Stated location is confirmed against the claim and the jurisdiction, catching claimants who could not plausibly have the exposure they describe.

Background review

Prior-claim history and public records are reviewed for fraud indicators and patterns of serial filing.

A claimant who fails any one of these does not become your problem, because they never become your file.

After the signature

04

Firms write off claimants who go quiet post-retainer as bad leads. Usually they are not. They are cases lost to a weak intake experience, and the causes are consistent enough to be managed.

Why claimants disengage

  • Communication breakdown
  • Trust and credibility gaps
  • The claimant's personal circumstances
  • Technology and access barriers
  • No demonstrated care

What we do about it

Post-signature contact is built into the engagement rather than left to the firm. We confirm commitment, keep the claimant oriented on next steps, and hand your intake team the timing signals that tell them when a claimant is actually paying attention.
